From the moment my wife and I walked in the door the whole crew at Mankato Motor Company made us feel at home. Our salesman, Gary Mankowski, was an absolute professional. He was very knowledgeable and listened to our vehicle needs and helped us find the perfect vehicle. I would recommend him to all my friends as well as the whole staff.

The sales people were friendly and knowledgeable, along with the truck presentation.

One month ago I came into the service department because the check brake light came on and one of the service reps came over and told me not to worry about it as the brakes are good for 80,000 miles. I had 68000 miles so he told me he would make it so the light would not come back on, so he did. Now came Friday September 12th and I needed brakes as they were bad. $2400 dollars later they were fixed. If he would have checked them instead of blowing me off and disconnecting the warning signal when I came in a month ago.

It took a long time for the oil change because they were busy. Everyone friendly!

Your staff did GREAT! However, we were told a quick battery change wouldn't keep us there very long. They didn't have "our" battery, the battery truck left without leaving one for our car, and the next battery truck will be there in a couple of hours. The service guy was very sorry this happened when we were finally told. This is an "A" for the service department, and an "F" for the battery company.

I came in to look at a smaller vehicle as my 2020 Chevy Blazer was to big for my new townhouse garage. I worked with Terry Murphy and he was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. He had an added bonus of a great personality and was really easy to work with! I was pleased with the trade in value on my Blazer and I ended up buying a 2026 Chevy Equinox which I just love!

Disappointed with communication about progress on the repairs, not letting us know the car repair was completed and failing to call Enterprise (as I was told you would) to pick up my rental.

The scheduled service was anticipated to take a few hours, however it wasn’t going as planned. When I came after work Tom apologized and said they would give me a loaner to use so they could try to get issue taken care of the next day. When I came the next day to pick up Tom again apologized for the delay and truly felt bad. I feel he went above to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you Tom!!!

Jordan my sales associate was very kind and understanding of my needs. He works very hard to ensure I purchased a vehicle that would fit my needs. Not only was Jordan fantastic to work with, but the sales manager and finance people worked to make sure ever deal, and paperwork was easily understood. They talked me through different items so I could decide what would be the best fit for my needs and within my budget.

We always use Mankato Motors for servicing our Traverse because that is where we bought it. It is convenient to have all of our service done at the same place. They always do a great job in the Quick lube bay and are always friendly.

It is always a quick drive up. Leave keys in the vehicle and wait inside. The waiting area has everything you would need. I even got notification who was helping me and when it was finished!

Put new tires on my vehicle, talked with service advisor Mark who help me choose which brand with in a price range I was looking for. Was very helpful and informative. During the process of installation they did a check over of the vehicle and found a radiator leak which was also taken care of the same day (I believe the tech stayed a little later to get it done). Again, the advisor explained the process and my extended warranty coverage very well. Answered all my questions.

The Service Greeter was very pleasant and professional inquiring about all the services I was interested in getting. He then guided me to the comfortable waiting area that was well stocked with refreshments and seating. Service was completed in a timely manner and I was sent on my way. Another perk was that my bill was covered with my GM rewards. I do miss the car wash at the dealership though.

This was the best vehicle buying experience that I have had and there have many over the course of my life. Murf was our sales person he greeted us and asked if we had questions we requested to look at the Colorado ZR2 he got the keys and we jumped he listened to us on what we were looking for never pushing us letting us make the decision, this was refreshing. After taking it for a test drive we asked what our trade was worth and this is when Richard help value our trade we both took the truck for a ride and discussed the condition and we were very happy with the value he gave us. The decision was made to make the purchase and Justin from finance streamlined the process making it quick and convenient The vehicle was detailed for the delivery and Murf familiarized us with the service department and quick lub and then went through all the controls of our Colorado ZR2 making us comortable and indicated if we had any questions give him a call Again GREAT experience
