The dealership Mankato Motors did a great job. my issue is with GM. I have a 2019 Chevy Silverado and had a engine oil cooler line detaching from the crimp or blow apart at 65,000 miles There is a Customer Satisfaction Program N212326940 but does not include my VIN number 1GCUYDED7KZ131714. I feel this was a faulty part that GM should have replaced. Thank you. Bob Norman

Got the exact truck i was looking for!

I had an issue with another Chevy Dealership and reached out to Pat Adams at Mankato Motors with whom I purchased over 11 Chevy vehicles over past 30 years. I didn't feel comfortable how the other dealership trying to sell me a vehicle. Pat answered all my questions and suggested to come to Mankato Motors and check out some vehicles. I purchased a vehicle but soon discovered it didn't fit my needs. Pat and Cary Renschler were very approachable, listened to my concerns. They researched and found a couple of vehicles that matched my wants. I chose the truck. They were both professional, great listeners, treated me with utmost respect throughout the purchasing process. They went above and beyond to order, install the accessories before I picked up the vehicle. I've always been treated very well by all the departments over the years. Oil changed. Tires purchased from dealer were rotated and balance rechecked at no extra charge and done quickly. Next Oil change window stickers have been improved and much easier to read. In and out in about 40 minutes.

The staff at Chevy are always respectful and professionals at doing their jobs, this is the main reason I been a customer for the past 17 years.

They do great work here, but the prices have gotten a little out of hand. I may be forced to get my oil changes done elsewhere.

Stopped in for an oil change and were able to have an open recall completed, as well. Most happy that the service advisor noted the recall, checked part availability, and had the service tech complete the repair the same day. Not much to say other than Chris did a fantastic job on my vehicle.

I felt the dealership did very well. However, as an Army veteran I have been unable to collect the $500 promotion money because of issues with ID.Me.com. My veteran status was known with my last purchase and I can prove it in other ways, so it is frustrating being unable to prove it this time through apparently the only way acceptable to GM. I, and the salesperson, are continuing to see if we can somehow solve this issue.

Jason Haberman was exceptional as my contact with Mankato Motors Service Department. He kept me informed at all times about how the service work was going. The Service Technician as well did a great job of diagnosing what needed to be done but I do not know his name.

Excellent customer service

Came in to get oil change, tires rotated, all the things and was greeted by one of the technicians who indicated it would be about an hour to hour and a half wait before everything was completed. Was very surprised when the technician came and got me less than an hour, and everything was done. The waiting area was wonderful filled with any beverage you could want and popcorn to boot. And to top everything off, this was my first oil change after purchasing my car last July and everything was free. My only disappointment was that the car wash was not working. On this trip I had excellent service, thank you.

The car’s problems have not been fixed. It is in the shop for the 5th time now. The guys are trying hard & are good to work with. But I’m loosing confidence in this brand new Chevy Equinox!!!!! I’ve had 2 times where vehicle would not restart at stop lights, with traffic honking, putting me at bodily risk. I want this fixed or a replacement vehicle now!!!

Brought in for service engine light, had to do with Cam sensor related. Picked up my vehicle and was looking over copy of work order , said customer claimed coolant leak?? We never noticed any leak of any sort but they also put in a new radiator, this was warranty work. Not sure where this came from as we never addressed that sort of issue, granted this was at no cost to us was a very spendy fix compared to the cam related issue, just not sure where they got the leak issue from? Just seemed weird they said customer complained of leak??

One month ago I came into the service department because the check brake light came on and one of the service reps came over and told me not to worry about it as the brakes are good for 80,000 miles. I had 68000 miles so he told me he would make it so the light would not come back on, so he did. Now came Friday September 12th and I needed brakes as they were bad. $2400 dollars later they were fixed. If he would have checked them instead of blowing me off and disconnecting the warning signal when I came in a month ago.

Your staff did GREAT! However, we were told a quick battery change wouldn't keep us there very long. They didn't have "our" battery, the battery truck left without leaving one for our car, and the next battery truck will be there in a couple of hours. The service guy was very sorry this happened when we were finally told. This is an "A" for the service department, and an "F" for the battery company.

The scheduled service was anticipated to take a few hours, however it wasn’t going as planned. When I came after work Tom apologized and said they would give me a loaner to use so they could try to get issue taken care of the next day. When I came the next day to pick up Tom again apologized for the delay and truly felt bad. I feel he went above to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you Tom!!!

Good employee best service

I came in to look at a smaller vehicle as my 2020 Chevy Blazer was to big for my new townhouse garage. I worked with Terry Murphy and he was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. He had an added bonus of a great personality and was really easy to work with! I was pleased with the trade in value on my Blazer and I ended up buying a 2026 Chevy Equinox which I just love!

Disappointed with communication about progress on the repairs, not letting us know the car repair was completed and failing to call Enterprise (as I was told you would) to pick up my rental.

I noticed my tire pressure did not register the psi air in tire. I called Mankato Motors and talked to Mark Gruis. He told me to come in and have a new Tire Pressure Sensor replaced. I have the confidence that my car will always get great care.

I had a great experience in choosing the new tires on my truck. They showed me different options and gave me advantages and disadvantages of each one. I also appreciated that I was called when they found a bad tie rod and gave me a quote and was able to fix it right away.
